Echo Building + Construction has a tailored approach to the insurance building sector, specifically to improve the overall experience of the customer (home or building owner) and the Insurer (Insurance Company).

Our trades are not reliant on insurance works to remain engaged with our supply of insurance works, however they always remain available for it, allowing us to maintain greater trade capacity then our competitors.

Our Software provides live communications between specific parties using permissible access levels and maintains live schedules, live costings, budgets and financial analysis and reports.
Schedules are multi-tiered, *running simultaneous supervision schedules in parallel with Contractor Schedules to ensure inspections and supervision key timeframes.
These schedules are live to the homeowner and insurance representative should they desire or are simply transmitted in emailed reports, allowing our clients or the homeowner to choose their level of participation.
To the Insured (home or building owner)
As a key part of our services, the ECHO team provides a 24-hour Make Safe Service to our customers and clients, ensuring we’re always available when you need us the most. We have immediate access to experienced emergency trades who will attend the damaged property to mitigate immediate dangers prior to our team attending to assess the damage. We understand that an insurance event can occur at any time, day, or night and that a fast response often means a reduction to further property damage, increased customer satisfaction and an overall reduction in time and costs.

These tasks are all undertaken as swiftly as possible to minimise interruption to business and/ or home life.
The Process
Damage occurs which requires repair and/ or rebuild.
Client contacts their insurance company and informs of insurable event “assessment of the damage, make safe or assessment and reports”.

Within 24 hours of receiving your request an ECHO representative will contact you.
An appointment time will be confirmed with the property owner or representative for the site inspection and assessment of the damage to be carried out.

Photos and details will be taken to enable us to prepare a scope of works.
A comprehensive report will be completed for repairs and submitted to the insurer for review.

Upon receiving the authorised approval to repair by the insurance company ECHO will be in contact and provide you with all relevant documents and scope of works to review and approve.

Once we have received all signed documents and confirmation of paid excess (if applicable) one of our experienced ECHO Project Supervisors will arrange and coordinate the repairs to commence.

Throughout the repair process, both the insurer and the property owner will have access to your personal ECHO Project Supervisor to answer any queries you may have throughout the repair process. They will also address any concerns you have along the way.

As part of our process a final inspection and walk through with the property owner and our ECHO Project Supervisor will take place to ensure that all repairs are carried out to a high standard.

In some cases, house damage occurs over time, such as from leaking roofs, burst pipes or structural issues. As part of our Remediation Services, the ECHO team will investigate and determine the root cause of the problems that are negatively affecting your property. We will then implement the most viable and effective solutions, as well as preventing reoccurrence. We will administer effective long-term solutions and rectification whilst undertaking repairs such as:
House Rebuilding
In severe cases of damage, a complete rebuild may be required. ECHO Building + Construction is an experienced and professional residential and commercial builder able to complete any rebuilding work, to any scope.
